Payments made from another person's account or withdrawals to another person's account are strictly prohibited. If such transactions are found, the funds will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
jaya9 win offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn — you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Terms for Other Promotions
Each promotion has its own terms and compliance is mandatory. Some general rules are given below:
- The same member may not claim the same bonus more than once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
- jaya9 win reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If misuse of promotional benefits is found (e.g. using multiple accounts), all bonuses will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
- Bonuses apply in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only.
5.3 Wagering Calculation

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaya9 win:

- Playing games or placing bets using automated software or bots.

Involvement in any of these activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
